A business plan is a document with several purposes:

c.  The business plan is also a key selling document for your company.  This plan is the first place where you completely describe the promise and excitement that your business holds for you, your team and your investors.  This document is where you can lay out your vision for your new business, and describe in detail the potential for this business to be a profitable venture.
